We cater to individuals with severe cognitive impairment, Medically Frail, Advanced Disease Process and catastrophic medical event

Some of these conditions many including: Vascular Disease, Alzheimer's / Dementia Medically Frail, failure to thrive as well as advanced disease process i.e. Huntington's, Parkinson's, Ataxia, Pulmonary fibrosis, COPD and post catastrophic medical event, i.e. Stroke, heart attack, congestive Heart Failure or post Hip replacement as well as terminally ill i.e. cancer or other advanced disease.

We consult and coordination of services: we work directly with Physicians, Nurses, Therapists, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Care Management, Guardians, Occupational / Speech and Physical Therapists and Hospitals. We are able to coordinate care with public and private home care agencies, Diabetes Educators, enteral feeding managers and wound care specialists, Home health services, pharmacies, Mental Health service, Geriatric Psychologists, clergy and Behavioral Health in King and Snohomish County.

Our Home has a home like atmosphere with professional caring staff and is suited for a maximum of 6 residence; Unlike larger facilities, needs are addressed much faster due to our small population. Our Environmental approach reduces anxiety, frustration, fearfulness and feelings of unrest. Our care program is centered on your loved ones needs, abilities and personality, we truly feel like home and family

Locked Enhanced Residential Care
This is our most popular option for families doing estate planning or for individuals who are anticipating long term care over a period of time i.e. Individual’s with dementia with relatively no physical health problems ; also for individuals who have many unstable health with frequent medication changes. Benefit is locking in this year’s monthly ERC rate. Our fees do not change regardless of increased needs and services. We can even arrange for combined once a month billing of Co-pays-RX and incidentals

We Accept Long Term Care insurance. Payments from Living Trust, Private Pay, and Medicaid spend down.
